Max and Lauren's 1st Birthday Party

Sarah and Megan put on the best party for these two little babes! These babes are so different and sweet. I can't get enough of them. I am glad I was able to be part of their celebration!

My best friends

I love Jack and loved every kiss he gave me...even if I had to do a little reverse psychology to get them!

The Morning After the Party

Bouncy houses are the best!!! The company didn't come and pick it up until the next day so we got to have some family fun the morning after the party. Bouncy houses are not just for kids. In fact, I think I want one for my next birthday!

Please notice Ben in the air at the top of the slide in this last picture. I am pretty sure the momentum of Sarah and I landing on the slide bounced him up! He came down right behind me where I totally smashed him on the rebound. Luckily there was no damage!

Ben's First Day of School

When did my tiny little baby grow up to be this darling little boy? It happened too quickly! I can't believe he is old enough to go to school. I am not going to lie, I cried when I dropped him off. It was a bittersweet moment for me. I love that he is going off to learn and grow, but I still want to keep him as close as possible.

The Fire Station in Florida

Ben and Jack had a great time exploring the fire station in Florida. The firemen let them play with everything. The boys sat in the engine and pushed all the buttons, toured the station, and squirted the fire hoses. Last year they were able to ride in the fire truck but this year the new fire chief wouldn't allow it...what a lame boss (and lawyers)... :)

Thank you Firemen everywhere for being so good to all the little boys that love you!

Florida

Every year my parents take us on a family vacation. For the second year in a row, we went to Watercolor, Florida. It is the best, most relaxing vacation. We absolutely love this place! We spend the week making round-trips between the beach and pool, eating, reading and spending quality time together. This trip is the last trip with our parents for the next three years...sad!
